• CERES TAG is the world’s first animal monitoring information platform with direct to satellite capability through a proprietary smart ear tag. It uses data collection and on-tag analytics to provide animal-specific geospatial location data in addition to movement and animal health monitoring.
• Integrating with your choice of software partner platforms, the platform offers opportunities to improve productivity across the livestock & Conservation industry and provide a richer range of information to guide effective decision making.

• CERES TAG does not provide end user software but rather integrates with other software tools. Depending on the area of the market your business services you may have different software requirements.
• Multiple software partners that have gone through the full integration steps so you can view your data in their platform. To create this seamless integration, you will need both a Portal account and an account with your chosen provider. Connecting the accounts is simple, you can view how to set this up here.

• The Ceres Tag Product Warranty is provided by Ceres Tag Inc. of 6550 Sprint Parkway, Suite 200, Overland Park, KS 66211 USA. The terms of the CERES TAG Product Warranty are set out in clause 9 of the CERES TAG Customer Agreement.
• The benefits given to you in the CERES TAG Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law in relation to the CERES TAG products.
• To make a claim under the Product Warranty during the Warranty Period, you will need to contact CERES TAG on info@cerestag.com to register your claim and provide us with details to assess your claim.
• To ensure this process proceeds as promptly as possible please include the flowing in your initial email:
  1. the email that you placed the order with
  2. your name
  3. the original order number
  4. the details of the product you are looking to return – VID number or Batch number
  5. evidence of your perceived problem with the product and any additional information or imagery (photographs, video or other means) that may be relevant to processing your claim. Imagery should be clear and detailed. If the performance of the tag is a concern, please ensure the tag is clean of all dirt, grime and bodily matter for clarity of the issue.
  6. your intended outcome if claim is approved – refund, replacement or, at your election, a store credit
• If your intention is to claim for multiple products please provide the above information for each product within the one email. Please note that the cost of shipping, tax and customs paid and calculated at the checkout are non-refundable and will not be included in your warranty claim.
• The Ceres Tag team will generally advise as to the progress of your claim within a reasonable time frame from receipt of your email.
